1st ANNUAL FALL COLOUR RIDE

Good Day to all,

You are welcome to the National Capital Region fall colour ride on Saturday Sept 29, 2012.

Here are some important details;

Registration: Pre-registrations can be done by e-mail, send your email to michelhoule58@hotmail.com before Thursday Sept 27th. All registrations and payment will be done the day of the event at a cost of $10.00 per person. (We will only accept cash).

Who can participate: All AMMC members, friends, spouse, UN-NATO Veterans Canada members and guests. Guests are welcome but as a sponsor, you will be responsible for them.

Donations: All registration fees of this year’s event will be donated to a person affected by Multiple Sclerosis with the exception of expenses related to the organisation of this event. Proceeds from the draws and the 50/50 will also be donated to the cause. (No receipt for donation or registration).

Ride: Starting point in the parking across the Legion in Orleans between 08h00 and 09h00 with a a departure time of 09h00 in direction for Gatineau and a location TBC. A Safety briefing will take place at 10h00 prior to departure and an itinerary will be provided.

Breakfast: Available at the Legion in Orleans between 07h30- 08h45 (more details to follow).

Weather: We cannot predict the weather so dress accordingly. The perfect day is 20 degrees and no rain but the motorcycle ride will be cancelled if the weather channel prediction is more than 70% of chance of rain on Saturday 17h00, also if it rain poor's at 07h00. In that case, the ride will occur on the following day, Sunday Sept 30th.

Safety: Please assist vehicle in trouble - but do not obstruct any other motorcycle. More information will be provided during the Safety briefing.

Lunch 12h00: All are invited to eat in Hawkesbury or about…(to be confirmed)

Return 1330 hrs: We will all leave the restaurant in groups towards Bigg’s Deli & Bar, 1099 Boulevard St Laurent, Ottawa, ON. (to be confirmed)
